I'm back!!!! yeahh.. itu lah tajuk yang paling semua utk entry kali ini.. yelah.. dh more then setahun dah aku x upload blog ni.. buzy jek memanjang sampai tak der mase nk mengupdate blog ni... skang ni pon tgh on job. Onboard DSV Contructor kt Northsea, Danish Sector.

my little one pon dh big gal dh skang ni.. lagi 2 dua bualan she's turn to three.. ooo.. begitu cepat masa berlalu... sampai kadang-kadang kita terlupa bahawa umur makin meningkat.. hehe.. asyik perasan muda jek..
tp paling sedey, mase aku fly datang sini, my little princess demam.. my wife cakap die demam rindu kat daddy... oo. kesian die.. everytime die dengar bunyi moto kat luar umah, she ask her mummy to open the door.. she said " daddy's coming home"...

Okay. Nie second job aku utk tahun 2012. Setelah hampir 3 bulan bercuti, dan tibalah masa utk kembali bekerja. Previous job aku dengan Osiris Project kat Holyhead, UK. Hari ni merupakan hari ke-14 aku on this job.. Planned nye demobilisation on 14 July.. the aku fly home a day after..

Tanggal 10 Januari 2011, my mom telah dimasukkan ke ward 1 utara, Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Krian. My mom disahkan mempunyai fabroid. A fibroid is a benign (noncancerous) growth of the uterus (womb). They are also called uterine myomas, fibromyomas or leiomyomas. They can vary from pea-sized to the size of a melon. Fibroids can increase in size, decrease in size or even go away with time. They can occur anywhere in the uterus and are named differently depending upon where they grow.
Untuk itu, doktor telah menyarankan supaya my mom menjalani hysterectomy secara laparoscopy. Laparoscopy is an operation performed in the abdomen or pelvis through small incisions (usually 0.5–1.5 cm) with the aid of a camera. It can either be used to inspect and diagnose a condition or to perform surgery.
Alhamdulillah, setelah 7 jam berlalu (pembedahan mengambil masa 7 jam). My mom telah selamat menjalani pembedahan. Pada hari ketiga selepas pembedahan, my mom telah discas dari ward dan dibenarkan pulang...
Alhamdulillah, syukur pada Mu ya Allah.. Tidak lupa juga kepada kaum keluarga dan sahabat handai yang telah sama-sama berdoa dan memberi sokongn kepada my mom.

My Little Princess
Alhamdulillah.. Tepat jam 0600am 05 November 2010, waktu tempatan (Dublin, Ireland), isteriku telah selamat melahirkan seorang puteri seberat 3.65kg di Hospital Rotunda. Aku bersyukur kepada Allah, kerana telah memberikan kami sorang zuriat yang sempurna..
Puteri kami dinamakan Iman Damia.

Kuih Akok
(percubaan pertama saya membuat akok)
Kuih akok merupakan kuih yang agak popular di negeri pantai timur. Kuih akok biasanya dimakan begitu sahaja.
Resepi untuk membuat akok express..
Bahan-bahan ( 36 biji )
5 biji telur
200 ml pati santan
100 ml air
150 gram gula manisan (gula melaka)-boleh kurangkan ikut selera
30 gram tepung gandum
3 helai daun pandan- disiat-siat
2 cubit garam halus
Cara-cara
Masak air bersama gula melaka hingga mendidih. Tutupkan api.
Masukkan santan. Tunggu suam sedikit, kemudian masukkan telur,tepung dan daun pandan, gaul rata.Tapiskan untuk menghilangkan ketulan tepung.
Panaskan oven pada suhu 200 darjah celcius. Panaskan acuan baulu ke dalamnya. Masukkan sedikit minyak dalam setiap acuan.
Isi penuh acuan dan bakar selama 10 minit. Kuih ini akan mengembang. Bila dikeluarkan dari oven ia akan sedikit mengecut.
